中心动脉压力波蕴含大量心脑血管的信息,相比外周动脉压而言,中心动脉压对心血管疾病有更加独立且显著的预测作用。中心动脉压的有创测量创伤大、操作复杂、价格高,因此无创、准确的中心动脉测量仪器研发是当前研究的热点。本文从什么是中心动脉压、中心动脉压的意义、中心动脉无创测量原理、中心动脉的测量方法和校准等方面的国内外现状和趋势进行简要阐述。本文重点说明无创中心动脉压力波形测量仪器的各种测量原理。
The aortic pressure wave contains a large number of information about cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems,and it has independent and more significant predictive effect on cardiovascular diseases compared with peripheral arterial pressure wave. Invasive measurement of aortic pressure wave is traumatic, complicated in operation and expensive. Therefore, the development of noninvasive accurate measurement of central arterial pressure waveform attracts more concerns. The main contents of this paper include definition of the aortic pressure wave, the significance of central arterial pressure, the principle of central arterial pressure measurement and calibration of the aortic pressure wave. This paper focuses on various measuring principles of non-invasive central artery pressure wave measuring instrument.
