文章在现有C-D生产函数的基础上引入量子理论,对模型进行扩展,利用MaxDEA 6.13和Frontier 4.1计算我国276个地级市的各项技术指数,研究结果指出,进行随机前沿分析时,对投入很大或很小的决策单元可以采用传统的C-D生产函数,对投入适中的决策单元则应采用量子扩展的C-D生产函数;投入因素和约束因素对决策单元技术能级分布的作用机制是不同的,应该区别对待。
This paper brings quantum theory into C-D production function, constructing a quantum expansion model, by us- ing MaxDEA 6.13 and Frontier 4.1 software, computing the technological exponent in 276 prefecture level cities of China, the re- search results indicate that when using SFA method dealing with DMUs which have high or low investments, a classical C-D pro- duction function is acceptable, otherwise, a quantum expansion model should be used; investments and restrictions will both affect DMU' s technological energy level distribution, but there are differentiations on how they affect it.
