本文建立了创新活动产出与创新活动投入体系,根据熵值和TOPSIS物元模型,根据《中国高技术产业统计年鉴2015》中的数据,对中部六省的高技术产业创新驱动绩效进行评判分析。通过正负理想解以及贴近度值的分析,结果表明:河南省、湖北省、湖南省的综合绩效得分分别位列一、二、三位,山西省排名倒数第一,说明了经济产出指标对创新驱动绩效的高低有着直接的影响,并且从投入产出两方面对各省提出了发展高技术产业的对策方法。
Constructing indicators of innovation activity input and output system,based on entropy weight and TOPSIS matter-element evaluation model,seeking the data of Statistical Year book of Chinese Hi-tech Industry 2015,innovation driven performance of hi-tech industry in Central was evaluated. Through analyzing positive and negative ideal solution and approach degree,the empirical results showed that: Henan province,Hubei province,and Hunan province were ranked as 1st,2nd,3rd.Shanxi province was ranked as 6th,it indicated that the output of innovation activity had the direct impact on innovation driven performance,and gave strategies and solutions to develop hi-tech industry for provinces in that two pacts.
