缩短植物种子萌发时间、提高成活率、延续物种资源一直是一个重要且严峻的问题。基于绿豆种子细胞的微观结构,建立了圆形、矩形的种子细胞膜理论物理模型,由薄膜受迫振动的理论计算得到了绿豆种子在超声辐射下的共振频率。在一定条件下,利用共振频率进行实验,对比单一频率、组合频率、复合频率分别辐射绿豆种子后的实验结果,分析不同方式的声场辐射下植物种子的生长发育状况。通过实验可以得到,超声复合频率对绿豆种子的作用优于单一频率对种子生长发育的刺激。
Shortening the germination time,improving the survival rate and sustaining the rare species resourceshas become an important and serious problem.According to the microstructure diagram of the mungbean cell,the resonant frequency of the seed in radiation field was calculated based on the established physicsmodels of the circle and rectangular cell membrane.Experiments were finished under certain condition usingthe resonant frequency.Compared the influence on the growth seeds through the experiment results in thesingle frequency,combined frequency and dual-frequency ultrasonic field,the development of plant seed underultrasonic radiation was analyzed.The results show that,the effect under the dual-frequency radiation issuperior to the single frequency radiation.
