通过建立细胞膜振动模型、理论计算和显微镜实验观察的方法,以绿豆、绞股蓝、丹参为研究对象,探究超声波频率对细胞膜振动的影响,进而研究超声波育种的机理.由植物种子细胞膜表面张力、表面密度,可得出细胞膜的共振频率.结果表明:绿豆、绞股蓝、丹参种子细胞膜的共振频率分别为24.767±2.477、19.051±1.905和19.813±1.983 kHz,与实验符合较好.超声频率与共振频率相同时,种子的发芽率提高,发芽周期缩短.
By establishing a theoretical model,and the experimental observation,the surface tension and surface density of cell membranes in mung bean,gynostemma and salvia seeds are calculated.The resonant frequencies of the cell membranes are found.The theoretical resonance frequencies for cell membranes of mung bean,gynostemma,salvia are 24.767±2.477 kHz、 19.051±1.905 kHz and 19.813±1.983 kHz,which are in good agreement with the experimental results.When the ultrasonic frequency is the same as resonance frequency,the germination rate is increased and cycle time is shortened significantly.
