A network and information-based modern management platform not only plays an important in the utilization of teaching resources, but also provides a technical support for systemic reforms in experimental teaching processes. This paper elaborated on the construction of a management platform, including the key technologies involved and the main features. Practice proves that this management platform lays a solid foundation for experimental teaching, and provides technical support for experimental teaching reform.
