研究细胞膜的弹性模量对其共振频率的影响,进而研究育种超声频率对弹性模量不同的膜的作用。建立植物种子细胞膜为椭圆振动膜,用原子力显微镜测出细胞膜的弹性模量,用ANSYS模拟得到的细胞膜共振频率及其振型;不同植物种子所对应的细胞膜的弹性模量不同,导致共振频率及其振型多样。建立的超声育种理论模型具有一定的合理性,对超声波育种有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the effects of Elastic modulus of membrane on resonant frequency, and breeding ultrasound effects on seeds with different Elastic modulus, this paper establish an oval theoretical model, and measuring the Elastic modulus of cell membrane by atomic force microscopy;then the resonant frequency of cell membrane is obtained. Different types of resonant frequencies are obtained by ANSYS simulation;and different Elastic modulus is correspondence to different plant. The theoretical model is reasonable and meaningful for ultrasonic breeding.
