为了对产品设计过程进行有效规划和管理,提出一种基于模糊设计结构矩阵的设计过程模块化分解方法。在分析产品设计过程相似性特征的基础上,给出了设计过程的模块化规划原理和实施框架,提出了设计过程模块及其入出项的概念。采用权重有向图和模糊设计结构矩阵对设计过程中设计活动的信息依赖进行定量表示,利用传递闭包法得到模糊等价矩阵,进而将设计过程划分为设计结构矩阵,并确定出各个设计结构矩阵的入出项。最后,以某铝型材产品设计过程为例,说明了所提出的产品设计过程模块化分解方法的实际应用。
To conduct effective planning and management on product design process,a modular decomposition method for design process based on fuzzy design structure matrix was proposed.Based on characteristic analysis of variant product design process,the modularization planning principles and implementation framework of product design process were introduced.Then concepts of design process module(DPM) and its input/output items were put forward.The information dependence relationships of design activities in design process were represented by weighted directed graph,and further were mapped to a fuzzy design structure matrix quantificationally.Based on the fuzzy design structure matrix,the DPMs of product design process were created by the transition closure method,and the input/output items of each DPM were obtained.Finally,an example of aluminum profile extrusion product design process was provided to illustrate the application of this method.
