产品设计是由一系列决策驱动的知识密集型过程,设计决策的效率和效果取决于对设计人员的知识供给,即从各种来源和渠道给设计人员提供产品生命周期内的各类相关知识,将产品设计知识进行合理分类是给设计人员提供知识的前提。本文通过对产品设计知识分类的相关研究文献分析,基于产品设计决策过程,将产品设计知识分为3大类,即产品知识,过程知识和产品支持知识,并作了解释和细分。着重就研究较少的产品设计支持知识,提出一种基于数据挖掘的制造知识获取及对设计人员的产品支持知识供应模式。从而为建立适用的产品设计支持知识库提供了思路和理论框架。
Product design is a knowledge-intensive process which is driven by a series of decisions. The efficiency and effectiveness of these decisions depends on the supply of many kinds of related knowledge to designers from different sources and channels throughout the product lifeeycle. Reasonable classification of product design knowledge is the prerequisite for knowledge supply to product designers. In this paper, we first make a literature review on the classification of product design knowledge. Then, according to decision making and product design process, the product design knowledge is classified into three categories, namely, product knowledge, process knowledge and product support knowledge, which are explained respectively. Finally, by putting the emphasis on the product support knowledge, one data mining-based knowledge acquisition and supply mode is proposed, which provides a method and theory framework for the construction of product support knowledge base.
