英文摘要：

Based on the evolutionary economics, this paper constructed an analysis framework for co-evolution of tea industry participants and presented various development stages and inherent patterns during the evolution triggered by technology,system and organization. The results showed that： （1） A common evolutionary relationship existed between the participants in tea industry and tea industry system. （2） Technology,system and organization are the most important factors influencing the common evolution of tea industry and lead the process of industry evolution. （ 3 ） The co-evolution went through various stages with various evolutionary machnism. The author hopes that these findings can help with the policy making in tea industry.
