综述了目前国内外研究半纤维素结构的主要方法以及研究成果,比较了各种方法的优缺点,重点介绍了甲基化法、高碘酸氧化、傅里叶红外技术(FTIR)、核磁共振分析(NMR)和原子力显微镜分析(AFM)在植物半纤维素结构研究中的应用情况,本文从初级结构和高级结构两个方面对半纤维素结构的研究进行了概述。本文还介绍了几种重要的半纤维素改性产物及其应用。
In the paper, the main methods and results of the hemicellulose structure study are viewed. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared. The application of the methylation method, periodate oxidation, fourier transform infrared technique (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) in structure analysis are presented. The studies of hemicellulose structure are summarized,including summary structure and advanced structure. Several important hemicellulose modified products and their applications are also introduced.
