Cellooligosaccharides prepared from the hydrolysate of cellulose have some degree of solubility in water,and are slightly soluble or insoluble in organic reagent.Cellooligosaccharides are functional oligosaccharides,that could improve mineral aborption,be used as growth factor of bifidobacterium,etc.There are many methods for cellooligosaccharides separation and purification,mainly including column chromatography,capillary electrophoresis,and separation using membrane.
