采用索氏提取法提取小茴香精油,以小茴香精油的提取率为指标,提取时间、提取温度、有机溶剂和料液比为参考因素,进行了小茴香精油提取的L9(3^4)正交试验、方差分析,优选小茴香挥发精油的提取条件.结果表明:影响小茴香挥发油提取率的因素主次顺序为B(温度)〉A(提取时间)〉D(料液比)〉C(空白),最佳工艺条件为石油醚(30℃~60℃)在料液比为1:24,温度60℃下,提取3h.同时利用GC-MS法对小茴香精油成分进行了分离、鉴定,结果表明,小茴香精油ee相对含量最高的是反一茴香脑,占总含量的30.35%.
