采用相位多普勒粒子分析仪,在不同的启喷压力、喷油泵转速以及喷孔直径下,对生物柴油的喷雾场特性进行了试验。拍摄了生物柴油和0号柴油的喷雾图片。结果表明:随着启喷压力的增加和喷孔直径的减小,生物柴油索特平均直径不断减小,与石化柴油类似;在不同的喷油泵转速下,生物柴油索特平均直径变化不大。
Spray characteristics of biodiesel were investigated by using phase Doppler particle analyzer (PDPA) at different injection pressures, pump speeds and orifice diameters. Meanwhile, several high- speed digital pictures of spray for biodiesel and 0 type diesel were taken respectively. The experimental results show that Sauter mean diameter (SMD) of biodiesel spraying droplets decreases as the injection pressure increases and the orifice diameter diminishes, which is similar to petrochemical diesel. However, SMD of biodiesel spraying droplets changes slowly at different pump speeds.
