在电控LPG-柴油双燃料发动机试验过程中,为了实时读取和修改电控单元(ECU)中的数据,以摩托罗拉单片机MC9S12DP256为下位机,通过RS232与上位机PC进行串行通信,采用Visual Basic6.0作为软件开发工具设计了实时监控平台.此监控平台在电子调速、柴油掺烧LPG降低烟度、EGR降低NOx排放等电控项目上得到应用.试验表明此平台具有数据采集的实时显示、转速波形的在线显示、数据写入和读出、波形的存储和打印、报警等功能和良好的人机交互界面.
In the experiment of electronic control of LPG-diesel dual fuel engine, in order to read and modify the real-time data of electronic control unit, the real-time monitoring platform is developed. The platform is designed with Visual Basic 6.0 and through RS232 serial communication between PC and Motorola SCM MC9SI2DP256. This monitoring platform works well in electronic controlled items, such as electrical governing, diesel mixed with LPG to reduce exhaust smoke, and adopting EGR to reduce NOx. The experimental results showed that the monitoring platform has functions of data acquiring, real-time displaying, real-time speed wave displaying, data writing and reading, wave saving and printing, alarming and so on. It has friendly interface between human and system.
