开发了发动机电控管理系统,通过研究怠速工况下各个时段的不同特征,分析了怠速稳定性控制要素;研究了汽油机怠速控制的各个参数的控制策略,采用变参数PID控制实现对怠速阀的控制。采用闭环调节点火提前角控制扭矩波动,实现了发动机的怠速最佳稳定控制。
The engine electrical management system was developed. By investigating idle state in different phases, we analyzed issues on idle control. We also did research on all kinds of parameters' influence on idle state. It realized idle valve control by adopting variable PID parameters. With close-loop adjusting ignition advance angle controlling the torque fluctuating, it realized idle speed control stabilization of engine.
