Emergency logistics management is an important part in emergency planning system of metropolises,which plays indispensable roles in improving event reaction ability,saving rescue time and reducing property losses.The model of logistics optimization and scheduling is constructed in this paper.Also,an improved ant colony optimization with the dynamic parameter decision model is proposed for the logistics optimization and scheduling model.Some related measures for strengthen the integrated logistics is presented.
