2007年长株潭城市群获批“全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革实验区.以长株潭城市群的7个城市为研究对象,运用系统多指标综合分析、均方差决策、综合承载力指数等方法对承载力评价分析,得出以下结论:对长株潭城市群城市综合承载力分级为:高承载力级:长沙、株洲、浏阳;中等承载力级:湘潭、韶山;低承载力级:湘乡、醴陵.长株潭城市群城市承载力的时间变化较明显,土地承载力对城市群发展的影响最大.针对上述问题,必须从资源利用效率、城市经济实力、环境意识以及技术水平等方面来提高长株潭城市群的综合承载力.
Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomerations were approved to construct "Duel-model Society" in 2007. After choosing seven cities of the Chang-ZHu-Tan urban agglomerations as the research object, this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation index system combined with current facts using the factors of. land, water, transportation, environmental and population. Some conclusions are drawn after the applying capacity is evaluated and analyzed by multi-indicator synthetic analysis, standard deviation decision and integrated capacity index. The synthetic carrying capacities of Chang-Thu-Tan urban agglomerations are derided into three grades. The capacities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Liuyang are high. The capacities of Xiangtan and Shaoshan are middle. And the capacities of Xiangxiang and Liling are low. The time change with the time of the Urban Carrying Capacity of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomerations is obvious. To solve these problems, some measures are put forward at the point view of the efficiency of resource use, the urban economic strength, environmental awareness and technology level etc.
