具有可变车速的车辆调度问题是车辆调度问题的更一般化形式,该问题中2个位置间的行进速度随着区域和时间的变化而变化。针对该问题,提出了一种简单的车速估计模型,对可变车速进行估计,根据估计的车速,采用3种启发式方法求解该问题。计算结果表明,提出的车速估计模型性能良好;在3种启发式方法中,节约法具有最好的性能。
The VSPTS (vehicle scheduling problem with time-varying speed) is a generalization of the vehicle scheduling problem in which the travel speed between two locations depends on the passing areas and time of day. This paper proposes a simple model for estimating time-varying travel speeds in VSPTS. The results of computational experiments demonstrate that the proposed estimation model performs well and the saving method is the best among the three heuristics.
