利用总碳分析仪对云南寻甸仙人洞1号石笋(编号XR1)有机碳含量进行分析,初步建立了总碳分析仪分析石笋有机碳的方法,并利用寻甸仙人洞XR1有机碳分析结果重建了寻甸地区全新世中期有机碳气候变化模式,其与XR1石笋的氧同位素气候变化模式结果一致。通过石笋有机碳含量与石笋氧碳同位素和石笋沉积速率的对比,发现石笋有机碳含量与石笋氧碳同位素存在负相关关系,与石笋的沉积速率存在正相关关系;但受有机碳对环境响应机理的限制,有机碳对气候变化的响应没有氧同位素敏感,石笋有机碳含量指标只能定性讨论气候变化。
The organic carbon content in a sample of stalagmite(No.XR1)collected from Celestial Cave, Xundian County,Yunnan, is measured with total organic carbon analyzer,and the method of analyzing organic carbon in stalagmite is preliminarily built. With the results from the measurement,the climate change pattern of organic carbon during the Middle Holocene in Xundian is reconstructed,which is in accord with that from oxygen stable isotope analysis on stalagmite XR1. After comparing the organic carbon content with carbon-oxygen stable isotope and stalagmite growth rate,the paper reveals that there is a positive correlation between organic carbon content and stalagmite growth rate,while a negative correlation between the organic carbon content and carbon-oxygen stable isotope. Because of different mechanism, the response of organic carbon to climate change is less sensitive than that of oxygen stable isotope. The organic carbon content of stalagmite can only record the climate change qualitatively.
