为了低成本、高效率地获取大规模定制客户的个性化需求信息.建立了大规模定制环境下客户需求信息的分类模型,将客户需求信息分为二元型、选项型、参数型、描述型和解释型五类。探讨了不同类型的客户需求信息相应的形式化语义描述方法。在此基础上,采用框架法对二元型、选项型和参数型等结构化客户需求信息进行表达,对于半结构化的描述型客户需求信息和非结构化的解释型客户需求信息,采用模糊框架进行表达。最后,通过两个应用案例说明了该模型的实用性。
To obtain diversified requirement information of various customers for mass customization with high efficiency and low cost, a taxonomy model of customer needs information for mass customization was constructed. The information about customer needs was classified into five types, which were binary, option, parameter, description and explanation. Based on this model, the corresponding formal semantic description approaches to these five types of the information about customer needs were discussed. The framework method was used to represent structured requirement information of the binary, option and parameter types. And the semi-structured description type as well as the unstructured explanation type of information was represented with the fuzzy frameworks. Finally, the practicability of the model was illustrated by two application cases.
