目的了解东中西部县级卫生监督机构人员数量和结构现状及差异,分析存在的问题,为县级卫生监督机构人才队伍建设提供依据。方法通过普查,获取全国县级卫生监督机构及其人员基本资料,分东中西部进行描述和分析。结果 （1）全国平均每县级卫生监督机构25.64人;（2）年龄集中在30～39岁和40～49岁,分别占36.10%和33.93%;（3）专科人数最多,占调查总人数的40.75%;（4）无学位人数最多,占调查总人数的69.56%;（5）医学类其他专业人数最多,占调查总人数的36.65%。结论县级卫生监督人员年龄梯度不合理、学历和学位水平低、专业机构不合理,中西部地区尤其严重。

Objective To obtain the data of the health inspection agencies and their personnel at the county level,and to analyze the problems and provide evidences for the health inspection personnel development of the country.Method Census was used to obtain the data.Result The average mumber of personnel per county inspection agency is 25.64;The majority of the personnel is between the age of 30~39 and 40~49;The majority（40.75%） of health inspectors graduates from technical school;The personnel without graduate degree make up 69.56%;Health inspectors mainly obtained their degree in other medical degree,and the proportion is 36.65%.Conclusion The age and major distribution of the health inspection agencies＇ personnel at the county level are unreasonable,the level of the degree and education is low,and worse in the Middle and the West.
