目的了解地市级卫生监督机构人员的年龄、学历、学位、专业分布等情况,以发现其队伍建设过程中的问题,为卫生监督队伍和体系建设提供参考。材料与方法通过普查,获取全国卫生监督机构人员基本资料,选取地市级机构人员数据,应用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 （1）全国地市级卫生监督机构人员共15 403人,其中,执法人员占调查总人数的66.18%,男性占调查总人数的60.44%,年龄较多集中在40～49岁（39.60%）;（2）大学本科学历和无学位所占比例较高（分别为48.14%和49.19%）,公共卫生与预防医学所占比例最多（33.64%）。结论全国地市级卫生监督机构人员数量有待增加,专业、学历和学位水平结构分布有差异。
英文摘要：
Objective To obtain data of municipal health inspectors,identify problems and provide suggestions.Method Census and SPSS 16.0 were used to obtain data and analyze data.Results There are 15 403 municipal health inspectors,66.18% of whom are health law enforcement officers and 33.06% are professionals in public health and preventive medicine.39.60% of health inspectors are from 40 to 49 years old.While 48.14% of them are undergraduates,49.19% get no degree.Conclusion The number of municipal health inspectors should be enlarged and there exist differences among regions in age,major,education level of inspectors.
