目的了解近10年乡镇卫生院的手术开展状况,为手术项目包的发展走向提供参考依据。方法对同一批49所乡镇卫生院2000年与2008年两次调查所得的手术项目开展、普及和利用情况进行变迁分析。结果近年来乡镇卫生院手术项目普及率整体上基本稳定,略有萎缩,不同经济水平地区呈现出不同的发展趋势。开展和利用较多的手术项目均为计划生育类和急症类。结论乡镇卫生院手术项目包的发展走向应以满足所服务人群需求为导向,同时应避免盲目购置设备而造成浪费。
英文摘要：
OBJECTIVES To investigate the surgeries practiced in township hospitals in the last decade and provide evidence for the specification of the surgery function of township hospitals. METHODS Compare the frequency, coverage and utilization of surgeries in 49 township hospitals between 2000 and 2008. RESULTS The coverage of surgical items was stable in general but declined a little. Various tendencies were found in areas with different levels of economic development. Surgeries associated with family planning and acute symptoms were common in all township hospitals. CONCLUSION The developments of the surgery department in township hospitals must be based on the demand of the residents covered, and avoid any potential unnecessary expenditure due to unwise equipment purchase.
