本文利用中国教育财政科学研究所2007年"中国农村义务教育状况调查"所获数据,采用数据包络分析(DEA)、托比特模型等计量方法对我国义务教育生产效率进行了实证研究。数据包络分析模型的效率评价和回归分析结果显示:(1)我国中东部义务教育生产效率并不理想,学校办学效率存在较大提升空间;(2)不同地区、城乡、教育阶段以及类型的学校都存在效率差异;(3)政府对学校的管理程度和校际间的竞争氛围对义务教育阶段学校的教育生产效率具有显著影响。
This paper adopts the data of "China's Rural Compulsory Education Survey" launched by China's Education Finance Research Institute in 2007 and does an empirical research on China's compulsory educational productivity through the DEA model,Tobit model and other statistical methods.The results are that compulsory educational productivity in the middle-eastern area of China is not satisfactory and it is a feasible way to improve school operation efficiency;there are large differences in different regions,urban-rural areas,different stages of education and different school types in efficiency scores;and the degree of school management from government and the atmosphere of school competition have a significant role in improving the educational resource productivity of schools on the stage of compulsory education.
