船舶性能CFD计算领域有必要尽快形成螺旋桨敞水性能CFD计算的快速预报能力,应用FLUENT软件对螺旋桨在粘性流场中的敞水性能进行计算研究。采用RNGk-ε模型,对敞水螺旋桨在不同进速系数下的推力系数、转矩系数进行模拟,对桨叶的叶背和叶面的表面压力分布进行了分析,给出了敞水性能曲线的计算结果,并与经典巴布米尔图谱的相关曲线进行对比,对此桨的性能情况进行了一些数值计算的考察,结果表明螺旋桨尾流场的模拟值与经验值基本符合,满足工程应用的精度要求;对螺旋桨的设计有一定的参考价值。
It is necessary to develop quick prediction of CFD calculating for propeller open water performance in CFD calculation of ship performance,which open water performance of the propellers in viscous flow field is calculated by FLUENT.Based on RNG k-ε model,the thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of the propeller at different speeds is simulated,then the pressure distribution on back and surface of propeller are analyzed,and a calculation result for open water performance curve is obtained.By comparing with correlation curve of typical Babumier,the investigation based on numerical calculation is carried out for behavior of this propelle which results indicate that the value of simulation for the propeller wake field fits with the empirical value on the whole,which could satisfy the requirement of engineering for accuracy;Thus it provides reference for the design of the propeller.
