为提高艉轴承承载能力,建立船舶艉轴承与艉轴接触模型,应用有限元方法探讨艉轴承接触压力分布及其影响因素。计算结果表明,过大的艉轴转角会导致艉轴承接触面积减小,接触压力分布不均,峰值压力增大。艉轴承弹性模量、径向间隙、厚度对接触压力分布有明显的影响。如果材料模量与轴承间隙越小,轴承厚度越厚,则压力分布越均匀。
In order to rise the carrying capacity of the stern bearing, the contacting model of both marine stern bearing and tail shaft was built with finite element method to discuss the contacting pressure distribution and its effecting factors of a marine stern bearing. The numerical results indicated that the large misalignment angle will cause the contacting area of the stern bearing decreased, pressure distribution uneven, and the peak pressure increased. The contacting pressure of the stern bearing is influenced with its elastic modulus, radial clearance and thickness. Smaller both the material's elastic modulus and clearance, and thicker thickness, more even pressure distribution is.
