在分析海水阀失效机理的基础上,采用粉末火焰喷熔工艺制备了海水阀Ni45Mo涂层,采用SEM、EDS、XRD方法分析了涂层的组织结构;评价了Ni45Mo涂层的抗腐蚀和耐磨损性能,并与2Cr13、QAl9-2、QAl10-3-1.5材料进行了对比。研究结果表明:Ni45Mo涂层具有优良的抗腐蚀和耐磨性能,最后探讨了Ni45Mo涂层抗腐蚀和耐磨机理。
In the study,based on analyzing the failure mechanisms of seawater valve,Ni45Mo coating was deposited with flame spraying and fusing method,and the coating microstructure was analyzed by SEM,EDS and XRD and its corrosion and wear resistance were evaluated in comparison with 2Cr13、QAl9-2、QAl10-3-1.5. Research results show that Ni45Mo coating possesses the most excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Finally the mechanisms of corrosion and wear resistance of Ni45Mo coating were explored.
