With more and more mental patients committing crimes and making trouble,their compulsory admission and treatment capture more attention.Compulsory admission into hospitals as a special way of hospitalization is necessary to some mental patients who have lost consciousness and constitute potential risks to other people＇s lives.But what is a pity is that our country has not made clear and universal standards related,which leads to substandard practice.Therefore,it is necessary to make legal regulations concerning the procedure of compulsory admission of mental patients for treatment.
