The protection to mentally disordered people can be traced back to Curatorship in Ancient Roman Law,which experienced Ancient Rome, Middle Ages and modern times. Mental Health Law in every country has been revised ,which manifested the ideas of esteeming and protecting the human rights of the mentally disordered people. These advanced legislative ideas are helpful for our country to draw up Mental Health Law.
