英文摘要：

The phenomenon that hose patients with mental dieases may have emerged is not rare. Besides the treatment of this, the patients may also not be set free as other restrictions related to some reasons, including the people＇s neglect of the autonomy of the mental patient, patients guardian influence, awareness of prevention and control of social order and so on. Without any doubts, this phenomenon would cause infringement on patients＇ personal freedom, and meanwhile it also hampers its own development. And from the social perspective, the unnecessary prolonged hospitalization would bring about tremendous waste in health-care resources. Therefore, this paper analyzes its causes, and then elaborate its harm. Finally, bring forward personal views on solving the problem, and hopes the social chronic deseases can be ameliorated step by step.
