目的：建立测定多烯紫杉醇脂质体的包封率测定方法。方法：通过超滤法和透析法分离游离药物，采用高效液相色谱法测定多烯紫杉醇脂质体的包封率，并考察了这2种方法的可行性。结果：2种方法测定多烯紫杉醇脂质体的包封率分别为98．6％，95．6％，回收率分别为99．3％，99．7％，加样回收率分别为98．9％，99．5％。结论：超滤法和透析法可以较好地测定多烯紫杉醇脂质体的包封率。

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To establish methods for the determination of the entrapment efficiency of docetaxol liposome. METHODS Ultrafiltration and dialysis were applied to isolate free drug and high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the entrapment efficiency of docetaxol liposome. The feasibility of these two methods was investigated. RESULTS The entrapment efficiency determined by these two methods was 98.6%, 95.6% respectively, with the drug recovery of 99. 3%, 99. 7%, the sample recovery of 98.9%, 99. 5%. CONCLUSION The methods of ultrafiltration and dialysis eould be applied in the determination of the entrapment efficiency of docetaxol liposome.
