以桉树叶、甘蔗叶和桑树杆3种农林生物质为原料,利用热重分析仪进行热分析研究。通过对TG和DTA曲线的对比,探讨了生物质的热解过程;采用Coats-Redfern积分法进行动力学分析,确定了反应级数,得到了3种原料在不同温度下的活化能。结果表明:生物质的热解可分为干燥、预热、热分解氧化和碳化还原4个阶段,其中在300~400℃时热解反应最为剧烈;利用n=2,3级动力学模型,均能较好地表述生物质热解过程;3种生物质低温段的热解活化能要高于高温段的活化能,就整个热解过程看,E甘蔗叶〉E桑树杆〉E桉树叶。
The thermal analysis were carried out on TGA,in which,three kinds of agriculture and forestry biomass of eucalyptus leaves,sugar cane leaves and mulberry bar were chosen as raw materials.By contrasting the TG and DTA curves,the pyrolysis process of biomass was discussed.The activation energy of biomass pyrolysis under different temperatures was obtained and the reaction order of biomass pyrolysis were determined by dynamic analysis based on Coats-Redfern integral method.The results showed that:The thermal decomposition process can be divided into four stages,including drying,preheating,thermal decomposition and carbonization.Especially,the thermal decomposition in the temperature range of 300-400 ℃ was the most violent,the raw material was decomposed rapidly and a large amount of heat was released.The dynamic model while n=2,3could effectively describe the thermal decomposition of the biomasses.The activation energy of thermal decomposition reaction of three kinds of biomass during the low temperature stage is higher than that of the high temperature stage,that is EsEmEe.
