采用等体积浸渍法制备一系列Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3催化剂考察银负载量对催化剂性能的影响。采用XRD、XPS、H2-TPR和SEM等表征手段对催化剂的结构进行分析,并与其催化性能进行关联。结果表明:Ag负载量为8%的Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3,在200—700℃温度范围内,显示出较高的催化活性,而在温度区间为700—950℃范围内不同Ag负载量催化剂的催化活性变化不明显,只有在900—950℃高温范围内Ag负载量为10%的催化剂显示出较好的催化活性;在煤热解制氢的反应中,在中温下起主导作用的是“非化学计量氧”;在高温下起主导作用的是晶格氧。
The equivalent volume impregnation method was used to fabricate a series of Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3 catalysts which supported hydrogenation of coal paralysis, and the effect of sliver loading on their activity was investigated. The structures of Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3catalysts with different sliver loadings were studied by XRD, XPS, HE-TPR and SEM characterization techniques. The results indicate that the Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3 catalyst with sliver loading(8% ) shows the highest activity in 200-700℃, then the catalytic activities of Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3 with varying sliver loading shown little difference in 700-950℃, however, when sliver loading was 10% , the activity of Ag2O-CO403/γ-Al2O3 had the highest activity in 900-950℃ ; Characterization of XPS revealed that the nonstoichiometric oxygen species played a critical role in the catalyst activity at relative middle temperature, while the surface lattice oxygen species dominated at relative high temperature.
