为了对煤泥水热解反应进行研究,选取吕家坨选煤厂的煤泥水进行了热解实验,通过对实验结果进行分析,将煤泥水的热解过程假设为三个主要阶段,建立物料衡算模型对假设进行论证。结果表明煤泥水热解过程分为三个阶段为:①20~300℃,煤泥水加热变成千煤泥、水和吸附气,属于脱水脱气的过程;②300-550℃,主要是由干煤泥转化为半焦和焦油的过程;③550~950℃,为半焦转化为焦炭和H2,CO2、CH4、C2H4的过程。
In order to study the pyrolysis reaction of the slurry water, the slurry water were taken from Lujiatuo Coal Preparation Plant for the pyrolysis experiment. With the analysis on the experiment results, the pyrolysis process of the slurry water could be assumed as three main stages. Those assumptions could be certified by the establishment of the material balance calculation model. The results showed that the pyrolysis process of the slurry water could be divided into three stages. The first stage would have a temperature ranging from 20 - 300℃ and the slurry water would be heated to dry slime, water and adsorbed gas, which was a dewatering and degas process, The second stage would have a temperature ranging from 300 - 550℃ and would be a process for the dry slime turned to semi coke and tar. The third stage would have a temperature ranging from 550-950℃ and would be a process for the semi coke turned to coke and H2 , CO2 , CH4 , C2H4.
