阿尔茨海默氏症（AlZheiimer＇s disease，AD）是一种退行性神经系统疾病。许多已知的AD危险因素都与胆固醇的代谢有关。大量研究发现，胆固醇代谢异常与该病神经变性的机制相关。本文主要综述了近年来关于胆固醇在脑内的代谢过程及其与AD相关因素关系的研究进展。

英文摘要：

Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is a retrogression disease of nervous system. Many known dangerous factors of AD are related to the cholesterol metabolism. Massive researches have discovered that the abnormality of cholesterol metabolism is related to the pathologic mechanism of the nerve denaturation. This paper mainly reviewed the recent research advances about the cholesterol metabolism process in the brain and the relationship between cholesterol and the correlation factors of AD.
