目的通过观察对Wistar大鼠使用麻醉剂水合氯醛的代谢过程中实验大鼠脑血流量的影响,探讨动物脑血流实验研究中的相关影响因素。方法Wistar大鼠30只,分为正常、假手术组、模型组,各组均10只,在麻醉后三个不同的时间段(麻醉后10、30、50min)对各组大鼠脑血流进行检测。结果各组脑血流量在麻醉后10、30、50min呈明显的上升趋势,各实验组在同一的时间段相比均具有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论大鼠脑血流在麻醉后不同时间段受麻醉剂的影响较大,因此,在实验动物脑血流量的实验研究中,在麻醉后同一时间段对脑血流进行检测至关重要。
Objective To study the effect of the commonly used anesthetic, chloral hydrate, on the cerebral blood flow in Wistar rats, and to discuss the relevant factors that affect cerebral blood flow in experimental animals. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were divided into three groups, the normal group, the sham group, and the model group. After anesthesia in three different time periods ( 10,30, and 50 minutes), the cerebral blood flow was tested. Results The cerebral blood flow of experimental groups after anesthesia in 10,30, and 50 minutes was increased conspicuously, and there was highly significant difference between the two experimental groups at the same time (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The cerebral blood flow was significantly affected by anesthesia in different periods. After anesthesia, it is essential to monitor the cerebral blood flow in experimental animals simultaneously.
