目的:探讨针刺干预快速老化骨质疏松小鼠SAMP6主动脉钙化的分子机制。方法:采用HE和von Kossa染色法观察各组动物主动脉钙化情况;Western Blot方法测定主动脉护骨素(OPG)、骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)表达。结果:SAMP6鼠主动脉中膜存在轻微钙化现象。针刺可改善主动脉结构,并促进局部骨代谢因子OPG表达上调,BMP-2表达下调。结论:SAMP6鼠发生血管钙化与OPG和BMP-2等表达异常有关。针刺可能通过保护血管壁细胞,良性调节主动脉中局部骨代谢因子的表达而抑制钙盐在主动脉的沉积。
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture on arterial calcification in SAMP6 mice.Methods:In this study,the sections of arteriae aorta were stained by HE and von Kossa methods to demonstrate the aortic calcification.
