采用改装后的迈克尔逊干涉仪测量了不同化学成分的三元Fe-Ni-Co合金和二元Fe-Ni合金在25 - 65℃的热膨胀系数.实验发现,三元Fe64 Ni36-x Cox合金的化学成分对其热膨胀系数有很大的影响,Fe64 Ni31 Co5合金的热膨胀系数最小,达到0.79×10-6/℃;偏离该成分,合金的热膨胀系数升高.二元Fe-Ni合金的化学成分对其热膨胀系数也有很大的影响,Fe65 Ni35合金的热膨胀系数最小,达到1.58×10-6/℃;偏离该成分,合金的热膨胀系数升高.Fe64 Ni31 Co5超因瓦合金的热膨胀系数比Fe65 Ni35因瓦合金更低.Fe-Ni合金的热膨胀系数随Ni含量的变化相对较大;而Fe64 Ni36-x Cox合金的热膨胀系数随Co含量的变化相对较小.
Michelson interferometer was designed for measuring the thermal expansion coefficients of the ternary Fe-Ni-Co alloys and the binary Fe-Ni alloys with different chemical compositions at the temperature range from 25 ℃ to 65 ℃.The experiment results show that the thermal expansion coefficients of the ternary Fe64Ni36-xCox alloys are strongly dependence on its chemical composition; the thermal expansion coefficient of the Fe64 Ni31 Co5 alloy reaches a minimum value of 0.79 × 10-6/℃,deviation from the composition of the Fe64 Ni31 Co5 alloy,the thermal expansion coefficients increase.The thermal expansion coefficients of the binary Fe-Ni alloys are also strongly dependence on its chemical composition; the thermal expansion coefficient of the Fe65 Ni35 alloy reaches a minimum value of 1.58 × 10-6/℃,deviation from the composition of the Fe65 Ni35 alloy,the thermal expansion coefficients increase.The thermal expansion coefficient of the Fe64 Ni31 Co5 super-invar alloy is lower than that of the Fe65 Ni35 invar alloy.The variation of the thermal expansion coefficient of the binary Fe-Ni alloy with Ni content is relatively large,while the variation of the thermal expansion coefficient of the ternary Fe64 Ni36-x Cox alloy with Co content is relatively small.
