以摆动平底推杆盘形凸轮机构为研究对象,给出若干基础性概念和尺寸综合问题的准确描述,首次系统提出“连通条件”、“同型条件”、“保真条件”和“传动条件”等四项约束条件,构造坐标系OeΨ0和Oer0,映射生成约束边界δΩⅠ-δΩⅣ,分析论证得到“可行解集”ΩΣ(Ψ0)/ΩΣ(δ0)、“最优解集”δΩⅡ[A-B]和“非劣解集”δΩⅡ[A-E],以及平底工作段及其长度求解确定等,得到了若干重要、新颖和具有指导意义的研究结论,圆满解决了摆动平底推杆盘形凸轮机构的尺寸综合问题。
As an object of study in disc cam mechanism with swing flat faced pushrod, showing several basic concepts and accurate description for dimension synthesis, firstly presenting the four constraint conditions as "connected condition", " modeling condition", " fidelity condition" and " driving condition". Then constructing coordinate system OeΨ0 and Oer0 , mapping generating constraint boundary δΩⅠ-δΩⅣ with visualization-oriented mapping. Finally the paper obtain several important, innovative and instructive research conclusions such as "feasible solution rendezvous" ΩΣ(Ψ0)/ΩΣ(δ0), "optimal solution rendezvous" δΩⅡ[A-B]," non-inferior solution rendezvous" δΩⅡ[A-E], as well as the solution of fiat's working section. The paper has solved the dimension synthesis of disc cam mechanism with swing fiat faced pushrod satisfactorily.
