采用Pro/E和ADAMS完成了新型负半径滚子直动推杆盘形凸轮机构虚拟样机建模,应用ADAMS/Flex模块对滚子推杆从动件柔性化处理,建立刚柔耦合模型,得出柔性从动件输出响应运动规律曲线。通过柔性从动件输出响应与刚性从动件输出响应的对比,直观反映出柔性从动件相对于刚性从动件运动规律的偏差。
The virtual prototyping modeling of new typed disc cam mechanism with straight moving negative radius roller follower is created by using Pro / E and ADAMS. The flexibility treatment to roller follower is carried out by using the ADAMS / Flex module and the rigid- flexible coupled model is built,the output response motion curve of flexible follower is obtained. Comparing the output response of flexible follower with rigid follower,it directly reflects the deviation of the motion rule.
