The research and analysis on the disk cam mechanism with negative radius roller and oscillating follower by applying "support line" and "support function", radius of curvature formulas of the cam profile and "movement fidelity" condition was derived, compared it with positive radius roller follower and flat follower disk cams, the understanding and developing the knowledge of negative radius roller oscillating follower was deepened, theoretical foundation associated with it was promoted.
