采用ANSYS有限单元法,建立了球齿轮磨齿机床滑座的实体单元模型,对滑座的结构进行了静力分析与振动模态分析,得到滑座的前六阶固有频率及模态振型,通过分析底板厚度对滑座固有频率的影响,找出影响滑座频率的主要因素,得到合理的滑座结构尺寸。
Based on the finite element method and ANSYS, the solid element model of the grinding machine's sliding platform of spherical gear is set up. Then the static analysis and vibration modal analysis of the sliding platform are performed, and the former sixrank natural frequency and model shape are gotten. According to analyzing, how with the change of the bottom' s thickness of sliding platform, the variety of natural frequency of sliding platform, the main element which affects the natural frequency of sliding platform is gained. Finally, the reasonable structural size of the sliding platform is designed.
