渐开线球齿轮是一种能够实现空间姿态全方位调整的新型机构,在机械传动等领域具有广阔的应用前景。在分析球齿轮成形磨削工作原理的基础上,研究了磨齿机床对运动自由度的要求,设计了功能方案和多种机床布局,经过分析、比较后确定采用“卧式双轴工作台式”结构布局,具有工艺性好、床身刚度高、受热变形小、抗振性好等优点;在此基础上,对该方案进行了虚拟样机建模分析和加工原理运动仿真,结果表明这种布局能够实现球齿轮磨削加工的预定要求,为下一步研制实用的专用磨齿机床提供指导。
The involutes spherical gear is a new mechanism which can adjust spatial pose, so there are wide applications for it in mechanism transmission field. Based on the principle of spherical gear grinding with shaping method, the motion degree of freedom for the grinding machine is analyzed. And then, the motion function scheme and a few types of structures of the grinding machine are designed. By analyzed and compared the scheme, the structural design of "horizontal double-axes workbench style of machine" is chosen, and it has some advantages, such as excellent mechanics, high stiffness of the lathe bed, little heat distortion, good resisting vibration and so on. Based on these, virtual prototype (VPT) model of this scheme design is set up and the simulation of machine principle is executed, and the result validates the layout scheme can satisfy the requirement of the grinding manufacture with spherical gear and provides the direction of manufacturing the special grinding machine of spherical gear.
