球齿轮是在其球冠面上分布着环形齿的新型齿轮。介绍了球齿轮成形磨削加工原理,研究了机床运动功能方案,设计了“卧式双轴工作台式”结构布局方案。该方案具有机床工艺性好、部件精度易保证、床身刚度高、受热变形小、抗振性好等优点。利用虚拟样机技术对设计方案进行建模和运动学仿真。仿真结果证明该方案满足球齿轮精密磨削加工的要求。
The spherical gear is a new type of gear formed by attributing ring teeth on its spherical surface. The principle of profile gringding spherical gear is introduced, and the motion function schemes are studied, then the overall arrangement of the machine structure of "horizontal double-spindle table style of machine" is set up, and it has some advantages, such as excellent mechanics, high stiffness of the table, little heat distortion, good resisting vibration and so on. Finally, the three-dimension model and kinematic simulation of machine is performed. The simulation result validates that this design can satisfy the demand of precise grinding process for spherical gear.
