The development of China＇s rural tourism, which provided an important starting point for the combination beween the primary industry and the tertiary industry, has become an important channel in balancing the urban and rural development and in shortening the urban-rural gap. To guarantee the effective integration and interaction between rural tourism and new rural construction, it is necessary to fully mobilze the initiative of stakeholders and exert their important role in search of the coordinated, efficient and win-win cooperation pattern, by strengthening government guidance, the dominant position of farmers, enterprise participation, market stimulation and industry regulation.
