美国高校在化学教学中推行的导生引导团队学习模式是一种新型的高等学校教学模式,其在教学过程中引入导生角色,可以在传递个人学习经验和体验的基础上有效引导学生的学习,这样不仅有助于解决大学教师指导力量不足的状况,而且有助于创造新型的师生关系,更好地发挥学生的主体作用。所以本文期望通过对该教学模式的基本定义、指标体系、特点和导生角色等主要内容给予介绍,以便为我国目前正在实施的高等教育改革计划提供一定的借鉴意义。
Peer - led team learning model which was widespread in America was a new type of teaching model used in higher education. Introducing peer leader during instruction can efficiently lead team members learning by imparting everyone's learning experience.s, which not only helped to make up the lack of tutoring teachers but also helped to create new type relationship between teachers and students so as to exert students' principal part better. So towards this teaching model, the basic definition, special characteristics and peer leader's role were introduced, for the sake of affording some useful directions to educational reform of Chinese university.
