通过实验研究了影响有机铬弱凝胶体系成胶性能的主要因素。结果表明:聚合物分子量、聚合物/铬交联剂浓度、温度、体系pH值对弱凝胶体系的成胶性能影响最大,剪切作用对弱凝胶体系的成胶性能有一定影响,含油、油砂对弱凝胶体系的成胶性能影响较小,水质对弱凝胶体系的成胶性能基本没有影响。现场通过优化调驱体系配方、改进地面流程、优化搅拌时间、调整交联剂包装等措施,弱凝胶体系成胶强度和成胶率明显改善。实施弱凝胶体系调驱后,区块产油量上升、含水率下降,采收率、自然递减率、含水上升率等开发指标明显改善,值得工业推广应用。
The main influence factors of gelling properties of organic chromium weak gel system were studied by the experiment. The results show that for the gelling property of the weak gel system, the polymer molecular weight, the crosslinker concentration of the polymer/chromium, temperature, pH value influence most. Shearing action has a certain influence, oiliness and oil sands have a little influence, while the water quality almost has no influence. In the field, by the measurement such as optimizing the formula of the profile control and flooding system, improving the surface flow, optimizing the stirring time and adjusting the crosslinker pack-age, gel strength and gel rate of weak gel system are obviously improved. After the profile control and flooding of weak gel system, the oil production capacity increases and the water cut decreases. The development indexes such as the recovery ratio, the natural decline ratio and the water cut increasing ratio are obviously improved. This system deserved to be popularized in industrial appli-cation.
