采用改进的邻苯三酚自氧化法研究了新型邻菲罗啉桥联多胺配体及其配合物对超氧阴离子的抑制作用，结果表明测试的所有配体及Cu^2＋、Zn^2＋、Ni^2＋、Co^2＋配合物都能使邻苯三酚自氧化速率降低，其中以配合物ZnLA的效果最好。
英文摘要：
The activity on anti-O2^- of novel 1, 10-phenanthroline bridged polyamine ligands and their complexes were studied. The results showed that ligands and their complexes may inhibit the formation of O2^-. The Zn（Ⅱ） complexes display remarkable activity of inhibiting the formation of O2^-.
