以LiOH为引发剂、DMF为促进剂,D4、P4、v4为单体,采用阴离子开环聚合方法,合成了特定分子结构的高分子量三元嵌段共聚硅橡胶;应用凝胶色谱法、红外光谱及核磁氢谱等方法对合成产物进行了表征;介绍了特导电纳米炭/嵌段硅橡胶感压导电复合材料的制备技术与性能。
Synthesis of polydimethylsilxoane-diphenylsiloxane-methylvinylesiloxane tri-block copolymer which has given molecule structure and high molecule weight were carried by anionic ring-opening living polymerization method, using the following reagents I)4, V4, P4, LiOH (initiators), DMF(promoters) and Toluen(solvent). Characterization of the tri- block copolymerization products was carried out using viscometry, gel permeation chromatography, FT-IR and 1HNMR. The prepration and performance of the SC-NCB/tri-block silicone copolymer composite were described.
